Keeping children safe is important at City Hope
Safeguarding
Children are important at City Hope and therefore keeping them safe is important to us
At City Hope we run many varied children's programmes covering all ages from 0 to 18. Virtually all of these programmes run by the hard work of committed volunteers rather than paid staff. We ask our volunteers to go through child protection procedures which include a declaration of criminal conviction, taking up references and going through good practice guidelines.
We are currently in the process of obtaining disclosures for all our volunteers.
